Returns & Refund Policy

At Home Living Interiors, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

14-Day Return Period

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be:

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Complete with any included accessories or cushions

Collection & Return Costs

Customers may choose one of the following options:

Option 1 – Collection by Home Living Interiors

We can arrange for a driver to collect the furniture.

A €135 collection fee applies and will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been returned and inspected.

Option 2 – Customer Returns Item

Customers may return the furniture themselves to our warehouse.

In this case, no collection fee applies and the customer will receive the full eligible refund amount following inspection.

Ex-Display, Clearance & Sold-As-Seen Items

Many of our products are ex-display, clearance, or sold-as-seen items.

These items are sold at heavily reduced prices and customers are encouraged to inspect them before purchase.

Minor marks, signs of wear, cosmetic imperfections, repairs, or defects that have been disclosed before sale are not grounds for return or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

Where a return is requested due to a change of mind:

  • Return transport and collection costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Collection fees will apply where Home Living Interiors arranges collection.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.

Where required by law, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
