Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Payment can be made upon delivery once you have inspected your furniture.

Online Deposits

Customers may also secure their order online with a small deposit where available. The remaining balance can be paid on delivery.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you before arrival to confirm your delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and into the intended room before placing an order.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or supplier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
